The Quest is a single-reflection horizontal ATR device for mid-infrared and far-infrared spectroscopic measurements. It features a unique optical system composed solely of mirrors, achieving both high throughput and a wide frequency range. Additionally, the crystal disk can be easily replaced. The Type IIIa diamond disk is extremely stable both physically and chemically, allowing for easy and highly sensitive measurements of almost any type of sample, excluding gases, without any pre-treatment and without the worry of damaging the crystal.
